Istet is the leader of the Lich King cult in the city of Cloudhome and also the high priest of the order of the dead within the city, responsible for the caretaking of the dead.

Istet himself has the air of a kindly well-meaning old dwarf but his followers on at least one occasion attempted to hire the party to assassinate a local sheriff to solidify their power.

He aided the party during their investigation into the Cloudhome incident and aided them in reaching the noble quarter.
